Programs
Our messaging services include the following programs:
Safety Monitoring Alerts
Notifications related to sensor activity, including door sensors, motion detectors, water detection, and other connected devices monitored on behalf of patients and clients.
Identity Verification
One-time verification codes sent to confirm your identity when accessing account information or sensitive data by phone.
Conversational Messaging
Responses to messages you initiate by texting our number. These are two-way conversations to assist with your questions or needs.
Appointment and Schedule Notifications
Reminders and updates about scheduled visits, appointments, and care coordination.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on sensor activity, your interactions, and scheduled events. Alert messages are sent as events occur. Verification codes are sent only when you request them. You will not receive more messages than necessary to support the services described.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. We do not charge for sending or receiving messages beyond standard carrier rates.
Opt-In
By signing up for alerts, providing your phone number with consent to receive texts, or initiating a text conversation with us, you agree to receive the messages described above from Ohio at Home Healthcare.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving our services.

You may opt out at any time by texting any of the following keywords to our number:

Supported Carriers
Our messaging services are compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our messaging programs is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Content Standards
Messages from Ohio at Home Healthcare will always identify our organization by name. We will never request sensitive information such as passwords, Social Security numbers, or financial account details via text message. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, please contact us immediately.
Disclaimer
- Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability and coverage area.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We are not responsible for messages that are not received due to changes in your phone number or carrier service.
- Time-sensitive alerts (such as sensor notifications) are sent immediately but delivery timing depends on carrier networks.
